Have been trying to log into my PM account to add funds and i cant get in. i know my password and log in info 100% but still wont let me in. i tried the "forgot password" link, entered my email address but the next step says "test question"??? which doesnt make sense to me. Any clue how to fix this?

I do. It takes long to do just about ANYTHING on the website other than give them money - THAT transaction occurs immediately with no need for moderator assistance.

i find it takes long time to log in my account. Anyone else has the same issue?

I have 2 public mobile accounts and cant login to neither selfserve accounts to make changes.

i have tried different web browsers. i have email and password saved on my personal computer. still nothing. now im timed out again for an hour. very frustrating

If you haven't tried too many times and lock your account. Try to use another web browser and make sure the cache is cleared. Try Chrome if you haven't already. Maybe Firefox?
