I am unable to log into my Public mobile account as the verification code is being sent to a number I no longer use. How to change the contact numbet

hi @Lindadis
at the step with the 2FA , click Didn't receive code or Resend code, choose Send email or Send Voice Message (with voice message, you can call your voicemail and get the code that way)
after you logged in, go to Profile page, Manage Eversafe id and update the phone number there
if you don't get the email or voice message choices, then ask PM support to help
