My mother in law who bless her sould is not technical at all. Signed up for public mobile with her email and transferred her landline to PM, now she can’t receive emails from PM to log in and when we ask for a otp to her phone it creates a error. I need help to fix this

landline transfer will take as many as e to u days and before the transfer is completed, you won't be able to get incoming calls and text and hence you cannot get 2FA text to login. How many days since transfer request?
