Hi @Pilonjames311 the website was down earlier but it seems to be working now. Give it another try and see if you can log in now.
If you are still locked out of your account, try "Forgot Password"

If password reset is not working, you will need to contact moderator.
To contact moderator via 2 methods:
Click on the question mark on the right lower corner of website to start ticketing process to contact moderator. Type: Contact moderator. Follow the prompts to submit ticket.

clear your browser history and cache and try the new password again
contact customer support mods if you're still having issues
