Locked out

Hi there, I tried to reset my password but because the reset password email didn't come until a few hours later, it deactivated by the time I got to it. I had to do it again and then the server was down. Now I've been locked out of my account. Can someone help? Much appreciated!

Im going through the exact same thing, I have contact the mod team! Hope you get a solution soon!

as mentioned above message mods but you need to provide your pin number or other verivicaton info.

In your message please include:

• PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue

Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:

• Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount

Send a private message to the moderators by clicking here and providing your email address, phone number and your issue ("need my password changed!") and they will take care of you. 🙂

You will have to send a message to the moderators with your account details and let them know that you've been locked out and they will be able to reset your account for you. The reset password function does not work properly!
