I've been locked out of my account. I didn't try 5 password attempts and I am still receiving a message that instructs me to contact public mobile. Any help would be much appreciated!

I understand, however some people may still be having difficulties signing in. A MOD should be able to help with this. I know that a friend could not get into her account until 1:30 today, that is why I suggested trying again later.
That was the strange part, she is in Ontario as well.
Her daughter could log in and so could I but she could not. She waited a bit and logged in with no issue. Not sure why this happened.

@Dolphin1 didn't know that ? In Ontario , it was back up by 11.30am. I signed in to my account at that time. Where is your friend located?

@jstnc Contact a moderator and explain your situation. Click on the green questionmark in the white circle at the bottom right of your screen . This connects to the autobot Simon . Type moderator and follow the prompts to get to one (CLICK on account specific question and human and submit a ticket
