I have forgotten my password and requested a reset link which has now expired. When I tried asking for a new reset link, the message I was provided was to contact Public Mobile to unlock my account. What information do you require from me to unlock my account?

@vbear You have posted to an old thread. In future you will have more assurance of help by creating your own topic on the forum (which I have done for you today), or sending a private message directly to the moderators.
Click this: message to moderators to send a private message to the moderator team with your phone number and an explanation. Watch for the reply as account resets are time sensitive.
