Locked Out and want to change number from Public to Koodo

I'm locked out of my Public Mobile account.
I cannot PM community moderators.
This is REALLY frusterating. Someone please help?

Just remembered:
a) if you haven't in 90 days after going into suspension your account has been deleted, or
b) if you initiated a port-out to Koodo your account has been closed.

@tgrzegorzewski, What happens when you try to PM the moderators? Is there a message about the limit of private mesages you can send? Try the following, might help:
- clear browser cache
- run browser in privacy/incognito mode
- log out / back in to the community portal
- try sending again.
Can also try privacy/incognito mode with another browser.
If that doesn't work, tag tyhe moderators team in your post. not as effective as a PM, but might get their attention.

- Please contact the Community Moderator Team to get gelp with you account.
- They are Public Mobile support employees who can help with your issue (More details).
- Click here to send them a private message.
In your message please include:
- PM Phone Number, 4 digit PIN, Account email address, Detailed explanation of your issue
Don't know your pin?--provide any 3 of the following:
- Complete mailing address, Email address, Alternate phone number, Date of birth, Last top up date & amount
How long until they reply?:
- Office Hours: Mon-Fri 9am to 9pm, and Sat-Sun 9am to 7:30pm [Totonto Time].
- Messages are replied to during business hours and in the order they are received
- Typical response time is between 1-3 hours, depending on message queue, but can be up to 48 hours.
- There is no need to send multiple messages.
