Hi, I have been having trouble login in. I have been locked out. How long do I have to wait and can't I just connect this an agent to update my payment?

If you tried entering the wrong password. You will have to wait a hour before trying again.
Another option is to login on the PM app if you are login on the website or visa versa.
Once you are login on the app, go to Payment tab>Update Card Information.
If you are still having issues then you need to Submit a Ticket on the Chat bubble.

agent can help you to login but you need to update the payment yourself
