Link to Request Support Ticket for PUK Code Leads Back to AI Support

My SIM is locked. I see there is a process to request a PUK code through a service ticket. However, when I click the link to go and create a service ticket, it leads me back to the generic support screens. Right now it's a circular path and I cannot get out of it.

You need to contact a CS Agent to get a PUK code.

The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.
