@Prestonr, good luck with your complaint. Prepaid service is different from post paid. Public Mobile is not obligated to give a refund for paid but unused service. The CCTS will reaffirm that if you consult with them.

To file a complaint you need to first try to resolve your issue with your provider. To do that you need to contact the mods directly.
Again since this is prepaid there are different rules.

Sorry oficially there are no refunds.
If you buy a gift card you can't get a refund for the unused portion. Prepaid is the same
