Late Payment - Funds not going to the right place

Hi,

I forgot that my credit card expired and thus I was late on my payment (due Aug 15, 2017) and my account was suspended. I just made a payment on self-serve and the money went into "Available Funds" instead of paying the debt. My account still shows a suspended status.

Any advice on what to do?

I made the exact payment and my available funds actually say it has twice the amount necessary for the bill. I rebooted my phone but services are still not working. I'm going to send the mod team a PM now, thank you.

Did you make the exact required payment? If yes, try rebooting your phone and see if services are working. If not, send a private message to the Moderator_Team with your ph# and account#.
