I was overcharged recently. Anybody had the same problem? I opened a ticket this morning but nobody contacted me...Thanks for your help.

@claireli4149 This could be related to everyone on the old rewards system being migrated to the points system this month. From now on you would pay the full price of your plan and discounts are not automatically applied. You have to collect points and then log in to redeem them for a bill credit or discounted add on. If you were not on the old rewards system then your problem could be something different.
