Hi guys,
So I just switched service providers, and I already am not able to sign in to my PM account to pay my last payment. I've done autopay this whole time, however I unlinked my autopay last week. My last payment is due on July 31...any idea how I can pay this off?

Ohhh okay cool. So that means my previous payment was already the payment for this month. That makes sense..I never really thought about it haha. I guess I will just lose out on a couple days, which isnt too bad I guess.

@cyhoiii PM is prepaid. You already paid. Also if you ported, your account is closed. Sorry to see you go. Stay safe.

PM is prepaid. If you ported your phone# to another provider then your PM account would be closed so you would not owe any money on your account.

There's no paying off anything. It's all prepaid. But then there's also no pro-rated refunds either.
