You ask to register with your first and last name which is **bleep**an. It would not accept mine because it begins with **bleep**.

@cedarpt use another name to register on the account, one that doesn't set off the profanity filter. Write it down. As long as the credit/ debit card payment accepts your real name. You should be okay. Welcome to PM. Stay safe.
Here's 3 articles on activation and porting and the Refer a friend reward if you need them:
1.How to activate https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/activation-account-set-up
2.How to port https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/bc/get-help/articles/choose-your-phone-number
3. Refer a friend https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/on/get-help/articles/the-refer-a-friend-reward
Please note your previous providers account must be active to port your number. The port will close it once its completed.

@cedarpt that's okay you can use whatever name you like. it does not have to be your real name. in fact it's better you use a fake name for better personal security.
