- I cannot remember my sign in and have now been locked out of my account. I tried resetting my password before this and cannot remember my security answer. I tried to submit a ticket but there asking for account # and pin things I don't have, please help!

If you cannot login , forgot the username or password, you can open ticket with CS Agent:
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot. Follow this to get to ticket open screen quicker:
- First type: "Forgot log in information"
- Then Click "Contact Us"
- Finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.
Once ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can also send a private message to the CS Agent (but this can take longer):

If you cannot remember your security question, you will need CSA help.
See the 2nd method in the below link if you are unable to submit your ticket via SIMon Chatbot.

Make contact with Public Mobile Customer Support using option #2.
To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:
- Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request). Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts, or,
- Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.
Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
