I got an offer from Koodo today. "29GB from $20/mo. with the auto-pay discount — switching online is easy".
Found out, it's in reality $29 for 20GB 😉
My recent plan is $26 for 20GB 😉
I wonder what they smoked today? 😉

This was my offer, when I clicked the link it reversed it.... $40 for 100gb, but still not enticing.

Just got this from PM: "The offer we sent earlier today incorrectly described plan details. We apologize for any confusion." 😉

I got something similar but opposite.
My email said get 40gb for $100... meanwhile at PM I am getting 100gb for $35 so that would make no sense.
When I actually went to koodo via my PM account it showed me the real offer of $40 for 100gb... still not a deal in my case.
My wife got the $20 for 29gb offer in her email and haven't yet checked to see if that offer is actually reversed or not too.

They offered me 34 GB for $40 per month, without specifying what the speed would be, or which country coverage was being offered. Why would anybody want to double their bill $$ for no discernable advantage? Are some people that desperate to finance the latest Pixel or iPhone?

I received an email today,
25GB for $5 a month, I had to check it out, sounded to good to be true.
And of course that is not the deal, it's actually 5GB for $25 a month.
Very deceptive, because you can't tell me that was a mistake/typo.

Telus owns Koodo and PM, it will always try to upsell you to its tier 2 and 1 providers
While the price could look nice sometimes, but both seems to increase price more often than PM
But of course, both Koodo and Telus gives you more features (but not free for some) and they both have a longer VoLTE whitelist
