Koodo Port Number Registeration

Hello. I am currently a Koodo member

I have their sim in my phone now. 

I want to Port my number to an e-sim. 

I heard there were steps forr Koodo users. 

I have only registered an account on public mobile so far

You can submit a ticket with CS Agent using Chatbot here:

             Type the question "Submit ticket", Then click the following in order: "Contact Us" ,  "Other",  "Log In".

This message thread isn't a support ticket.  Also, the people you're communicating with in these types of messages threads aren't support staff but are usually other customers.

As for porting your number, If your phone number is coming from a Koodo postpaid account, no ticket is required.  The number porting can be requested from your Public Mobile self serve account.  A ticket with Public Mobile's customer support agents only needs to be opened if you're transferring a phone number from a Koodo prepaid account.

Ok I've activated with a temporary number.  Where do I go to get it ported?   Is this consider f a support ticket?  Do I need to create a new one?

do you have Koodo Prepaid or Postpaid?  

first, make sure your Koodo account is still active

if Koodo Postpaid, just download the app, activate, and request porting after payment.  Koodo will send you a text to your Koodo sim card and you need to reply Yes within 90 mins 

But if you have Koodo Prepaid, still download the app, activate, but at the phone number step, choose a new number first and activate with a new phone number.  After activation is completed and the line works, open a ticket with PM support and ask them to manually bring the line over
