Kepad dosent work in voicemail

My phone works for everything, but recently i cant get my voice messages. The keypad dosent work at all. I restarted my phone -- still not working.

hi @heatherc1 reboot the phone 

and I'd possible, also test the PM sim in another phone 

and test to retrieve VM message from another phone or landline

What phone do you have? I saw something earlier about recent IOS update puts dial pad on banner? Should be on full screen. Try it and see....
