Just signed up, can't log in

Hello, 

I just signed up for the service and tried to log in and it will not accept my email address or the password... what am I missing? 

 

I'm sure I have the email address right but it's saying it's not recognized if I choose 'forgotten password'. How can I get some help?

@Jeffreypiercey  Did you receive a Welcome to Public Mobile email?

If yes, double check the username. If not, it's possible that the email was not entered correctly during activation. Best to contact PM for help.

 

To submit a ticket to the Moderator Team, please start a conversation with the Public's virtual assistant, SIMon by clicking the icon below:

If you are still having problems contacting Public Mobile then click here. The link  sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Please note that account verification may be required when contacting the Moderator Team

@Jeffreypiercey  did you sign up yourself? Log into the email address and see if you got any communication from PM.  If it's there, the sometimes the system locks you out , wait 50 minutes from your last attempt,clear your browser history , go to incognito/private mode and try again .
