Issues with switching plans and paying

Here's my issue I was on a 90-day play that costed $165, My plan was due to renew July 16, 2018. I forgot to update my new credit card onto my account and because I had auto pay on the payment never went through. I now want to change my plan over to just a 30-day plan but the system isn't allowing me to switch. I have sufficent funds for a 30-day plan I want but my account is currently suspended. I don't wish to continue with my old plan but is the system going to make me pay for my previous plan?

@rusakattack, plan changes cannot be done in a suspended account without moderator team support.  Please contact them as directed.

Looks like you will need the assistance of a moderator to help you to reactivate your plan with your desired 30 day plan.  You do not need to pay for the 90 day plan this time. You will need to send them a private message by clicking on the following link

In your message, please provide your name, Public Mobile number, PIN, and a detailed message asking them to help you to change your plan to a 30 day plan.

 

The Moderators should be able to get back to you tomorrow morning .

 

  • Community Moderators are available from Monday to Friday 9am (EDT) to 9pm (EDT) and Saturday, and Sunday from 9am (EDT) to 7:30pm (EDT)
