I've been noticing some issues with my outgoing calls lately, like the last 4 or 5 days, they don't always connect on the first try.
Saturday I tried calling my parents and the call didn't connect, just waiting 15-20 seconds in silence and the call went straight to voicemail. Asked my mum if she went out or was on the phone she said, no, the phone never rang around the time I called
Sunday made a call to somebody I was picking up, first call didn't connect, second call went through fine.
Yesterday morning called moen's 1800 number, 3 times the call failed. Checked my service from my voip app, txt and call and it worked fine. Called the 1800 number again and it went through to the switch board fine.
Just tried to call a relative and the same thing happen. Waited 15-20 seconds in silence with my screen saying "connecting" and the call just ended, didn't go to voicemail. So I tried calling my voip app and the same thing happened. So I txted myself from the voip app and it went through and then I called myself and the phone rang. My calls only connected after I had called myself from the voip app
Kinda weird no?

I'll give that a shot next time I get the issue. So far, calling myself from my voip app seems to have fixed that issue temporarily. I didn't notice any issues today while I was out and about. So maybe it's just the towers close to home.
I have been getting some comments from people saying my calls sometimes go straight to voicemail without ringing, but I figured that was due to the weird dead spots in my office where I get zero bars. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
@0utc4st , ahhh ok! It may work better set to 3g there as @softech suggested trying.
Either way please update us when you know.

HI @0utc4st
your phone should work on PM network without problem.
Try changing to 3G and see fi that helps

Hello,
I have a oneplus n20 phone. It's just an observation I made recently. Figured it was due to all the holiday traffic or something.

@0utc4st , try @softech suggestion & if that doesn’t fix it please reboot your phone then try again. If that doesn’t help reset network settings, reboot & try again.
Edit: To add my service has been acting odd lately as in my signal is only 1 bar to none now when it used to be full bars. So I also have to use these steps or I miss calls, calls drops & so on!

what phone do you have? brand and model?
Not a good solution, but try to see if it is a workaround for now, try changing the network mode to 3G and see if it is any better
And change it back to Automatic and test in different area tomorrow
