@Wakera you were porting in? I saw your message on Dec 1. Is it still not working?
but you didn't update us with more info. Did you get a text from your old provider.? did you reply yes?
likely you have to get your old carrier sim card back and then call Porting team (i messaged you the number already) and ask them to retrigger the porting process
Please call porting team to sort it out. Your porting request only valid for 30 days, you are close to the 30 days mark

If porting into PM , there is a team you can call. i will message you the phone number , check your Community inbox
but if porting out, you will have to check with your new provider, not PM
