Did you port in?
Mobile number takes hours, landline and VoIP can take days.
You should use old service until done
Don't forget to restart your phone after port.
If you think your port is stuck you should contact mods https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
If you didn't port, check if you have dnd enabled or if you set always forward to voicemail
Does everything else work?
