Issues after coming back from Africa. What's UP public Mobile?

After coming back from a trip to Africa, when calling the call goes off after ringing and the other party tries to answer. No internet as well. What's Can be the issue. took out the card , restarted the phone ,yet still no improvement. Is it a service issue?

Did you keep up with your monthly payment while you were in Africa?

If you disabled AutoPay or stopped payment for longer than 90 days. Your account will be closed, SIM useless and your number lost. 
Dial 611 and see if your account is still Active. If it is, try resetting the network on your phone.

If your account is closed, you need a new SIM card and pick a new number.

Did you use a service when you were away? What recording do you get when you dial 611? iphone or Android? Try a reset network settings.
