Anyone else having issues with their plans?
We selected and paid for the $ 30 plan with 500GB. Paid first time on September 2nd and now due for second payment. Online my account is not showing any data / add-ons and the pages keep giving errors when I try to go in my plan.

The Self Service is working now. I've just changed my plan to $50 8Gb

Where do I sign up for the $30 500GB plan?
I'm clearly just being silly here. I know it was just a typo. When I saw that, I first didn't click into it and thought that some type of home interenet service was being discussed.
I've seen it quite a few times before where no plan is shown in my self serve account, but if i log out and go back in a few hours later, everything returns to normal. It could just be a website problem.
Is your service working?

I can not chage or even see my current plan.
The "Plan and Add-Ons" tab in My account does not work for me.
With error message:
"Oh no!
It looks like something went wrong, but don’t panic.
Log out and then log back in again to continue. Or return to the Login Page."

The website seems to be heavily bogged down right now. I tried a login and I am still stuck trying to get to the overview page. The system went down late last night. There is definitely something amiss.

It would not let me into Plan & Add-ons either. The rest of the site seems ok.

You can trying calling 611 as well. You might be able to get help there.

The site was down for maintenance last night so there may be some bugs after the maintenance. Everything appears to be ok for me right now though, but I am on Autopay. I would keep trying as it may be a temporary glitch.

I've been experiencing some fussiness with My Account. They seem to be doing some fiddling with it currently.
