Hi. I recently ported my old number to PM. There was an existing PM number to which I ported my old number and the OTP is still send to the PM number or PM temporary number.

You should be able to receive 2FA email instead of text. Click on "Didn't receive the code" link and then should offer 2FA email.
If unable to receive 2FA email, then need to contact customer service agent.
If able to access your account, go to Profile and everSafe section and change the phone number on file for Eversafe.
