Help please! Yesterday, I was subscribing with the 5G 40GB FOR $34/mo deal with Public Mobile. There was an error at the end of the esim activation and now I can’t use my phone. Fido already deactivated my account. I don’t have the QR code as I didn’t receive confirmation welcome email. I can’t log in to Public Mobile App because it needs confirmation from my phone number but I can’t access it.
And everytime I log in, it shows this;
We’ve noticed you have an active Public Mobile service and would like to confirm your full access.
A 6 digit code associated with your EverSafe ID will be sent to phone number . We will need you to confirm this number.

I finally activated my esim today. I took my old Fido sim card out of my phone. I went to cellular settings and found Public Mobile under “SIMs”.

Similar issue. Can't get the text to confirm the trusted device because it's not yet trusted.
