Hi, I am having a hard time calling Public mobile and my current service provider to transfer my number. It is still pending and I don’t know what else I have to do. It is being 2 days and hours on phone call.

To resolve this matter, you need to create a ticket to a CS Agent for assistance. Here's how.
The Public Mobile chatbot is currently unable to create trackable tickets for members who are unable to log in. So for this reason, please use the following link to contact customer service.

@Tina2019 Can you explain a bit more, did you request the transfer when you activated the account on the app, and did you reply Yes to the text message from your old provider to release the number within 90 minutes? Are you calling the porting team at Public Mobile and they can't help? Is your previous provider account still active?
