I recently transferred my phone to PM, but can’t send/receive messages anymore.
I have replied YES to the message from my old provider to transfer the phone and rebooted my phone but still having issue wit messages

Just to confirm, do you have service on the old SIM card still? If you do the port might be stuck.
Do phone calls work? Or is the only issue with texting?
If you don’t have service on that old SIM and the account is confirmed to be closed, it might be a back end issue that you’ll have to contact customer service to correct.
