Just ported over to Public Mobile for the $20/60GB plan yesterday. Setup eSIM but there's no service (can't text, call, no data). TELUS Sim has already been deactivated so I can't use the old sim to call either. Can any mods help me with this? Already submitted a private message but still no responses! My phone is Samsung Ultra 24 if that helps.

Since you submitted a ticket. You will need a CS_Agent to reply back to you. Keep your eyes in the Message section in your avatar top right.
