Im trying to add a topup voucher to my account but it is not letting me apply it. Whenever I try to add the voucher after dialing *611 it says the request is inavlid. I also tried to add the funds into my account online but its not showing me the option to add it thorugh the voucher. When I go to add funds it only shows me the option to add through my credit card.

download the app to your cell, log in to your account..click the Payment tab...first option at top of page is Add Funds with Voucher.

where did you buy the voucher? vouchers from smaller stores has a 24 hours wait time before it can be used. When did you buy it?
