Received this message through this forum - it also seems that I can't delete it. Even if it's not a scam is it allowed to advertise in this forum.

unfortunately there will always be those out there trying to profit or use any access point for there advantage. We unfortunately have to maintain our guard whether it is a person at our door offering a great deal because they just happen to be in the neighbor hood, collecting for a charity that you never heard of or sound similar to one you have, phone calls that are threatening unless you pay NOW!, or offers that come in on bulletin boards or through e-mail that offers great rewards or prizes. They cast out a wide large net hopping to catch anyone they large or small and they do not care who the destroy. We therefore need to be diligent, don't open, reply, help spread, but also report and flag theses contacts to authorities. Although you were not taken in by these false message there could be someone else that for one reason or another wants to believe that this is just what will save them
thank you

The OP has seen these spams before, has posted about them before, has done what's wise before.
It would have been more useful to say something to that effect.

Also, @BEER , can you please kindly edit out the link in your initial post by clicking on the 3 little dots and removing any links to sites which may be unsafe for other users. (just replace them with 'xxxxxxxxx')
Someone else may unintentionally click on it and get caught up in the unintended effects of doing so.
Thank you.

It's a scam.
Report it to the Moderators, then delete it. They'll ban the user from the Community.
Never click or go to any sites included within such messages.
Here's the official Announcement article which fully describes what to do & not to do:
