Is self-serve down... or is it just me?

I haven't been on in a long time.  I click the self-serve link and I just see a blank page.  I see in announcements that maintenance is expected but that isn't supposed to start until the 7th and it is just the 5th.

It's been S L O W all morning out west. Usually speeds up in mid afternoon...but yea..its slow.
