Before start to use PM just wondering if my Iphone 7 Plus is compatible with this network. Check IMEI on site. It says " Your device will not work on our Network"

I checked that site, it tell me should should work in 3G and 4G LTE.

@NVM, was your phone unlocked when you got it or what provider did you come from?  Do you know if is an Asian variant?  I suggest you try the site I listed, it asks for make and model and what network you are on.

Below says " Your device has not been reported as lost or stolen"

@NVM, that is strange as the IMEI checker is really only checking to see if the phone is blacklisted.  Have you reported this phone lost or stolen?  Phones that are locked to Telus, Koodo will work as well as unlockd phones if they have the correct bands.  www.willmyphonework.net is a great site to see if your phone will work.
