I did not recharged for few days, but now not able to open the account. 

Can you check

@Hite  are you able to make or receive calls?

Clear cache and sign in again using secret mode on browser. 

Or call 1-855-4public from another phone to check the status. 

Do you see the option Didn't receive this code"? Can you send to email if you know your email info?

Once signed in you can pay now to resume service.

hi @Hite 

if it is just a few days, you should be able to login and make payment

Try again using PM app as well as using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser to login My Account

And try calling 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone , then enter your phone number.  if the system is able to find your account, you can pay there as well
