Hi , I have an iphone . It will not accept or make calls , I cannot use facetime or facebook messenger and the speaker button don't work on it. I purchased another iphone and still the exact problem . I have been with public mobile a few weeks . Is this an issue with public mobile or the sims card . Has anyone else had this issue ? Thanks

@red09 it could be that your account didn't activate properly. you can contact customer support here

Also make sure your iPhone software is up to date. I believe it's located at:
Settings -> General-> Software Updates

My iphone is only two years old , sadly no warranty . It was bought new two years ago. The second was used tho . The seller did give me my money back as she never had a issue with the phone . I have since learned that a lot of people are having the same issue with iphone 7s . Thanks to everyone for their help

@red09 Are these new or used iPhones? If used, maybe find another seller/supplier.

@red09 try a network reset and restart your phone if it doesn't automatically do so.
Go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This also resets Wi-Fi networks and passwords, cellular settings, and VPN and APN settings that you've used before.

Is your iPhone showing Public Mobile on the top notification bar?
If yes, you may need to connected your iPhone to iTune on a Windows PV or a Mac.
If no, login to your self-serve account.
If your account status is expired or suspended, your need to pay your plan fee and click on the reactivate your plan link to get your phone working again.

Can you test the sim in a phone that is confirmed working on Telus network?
If you don't have one or you can't borrow from your friend you could walk into Telus it koodo store and ask them to test your sim on a loaner

Can you show us a screenshot of what you see? Facetime and FB Messenger don't have anything to do with Public Mobile so this might be an Apple error. Do you have your Apple ID clearly linked?
