Ipad not sending texts

My wife can't send a text through her Ipad, she just gets a "Not Delivered" message after a few minuets.

Anyone have any suggestions.......

The reason behind not sending text msg in iPad is due to setting issue. Make sure  your iMessage is working or not, if it is working then try some few different solution.First of all make sure "send as sms" is enabled in settings then go to message option.

On her iPhone try turning off text message forwarding and turning it back on again?
