Hello, I have a question.
We have an iphone from 2016 that doesn t seem to send messages abroad to the older phones that use symbian system ( old nokia-s without touch screen but buttons for elder people).
Messages, however, go when they are sent from an android phone to a symbian phone.
Is there any setting that is possible to adjust on the iphone so that sms can arrive to a symbian phone ?
Thanks a lot.

When you're sending the sms over to the symbian phone using the iphone, are the chat bubbles green? There's a chance that the iphone is trying to send the message over imessage, in which case if the chat bubbles are blue, turning off imessage might help.
To turn off iMessage:
1. Go into the settings app
2. Tap 'Messages'
3. Switch the 'iMessage' toggle from on to off
