There is logic to NOT show taxes in transactions. You just have to get used to it. But as said there are taxes shown on every type of payment other than auto-pay. And a manual top up even shows taxes.
Look at your Telus bill all in non taxed dollars then each sub total in a different summary shows taxes owed.

@farmerboy Your credit card and the charges showing in your account will never match; your credit card includes taxes, the account does not.
