For furture, the chatbot should always be used to open tickets as you'll receive a faster response. As for receiving a response, there's an envelope icon near the top right of the web page. When you have a new message, a highlighted number will show on top of that icon.

HI @albego77 yes, you can ask for receipt , no hazzle, just a bit of time, 2 weeks
I already posted how to submit ticket earlire, but here you are again
at : https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.
First type Contact,
then select the only choice there: "Contact..",
from the list of , choose "Other"
finally click link the blue link about submit a ticket
Another page will open and just follow: .
After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM
If you have problems submitting a ticket, you can open ticket by private message (but this can take longer):

what? because for book keeping porposes its much better to have the official invoice from the company, they give it to me last year (after some hassle), and I need it now again. What can i do to send thet ticket???? thanks again
