My friend has been trying for days to activate his account. Every time he inputs his current number, it comes up as invalid. His current provider is SaskTel and it is on a eSIM, if that helps? Then the runaround starts. Log in, etc. over and over again. Please help.

Your number belongs to Pangman. Only SaksTel has the rate centre there for not Telus (PM uses Telus system), ie, you cannot port your number to Public Mobile

while most numbers can be ported, not all numbers can.
Tell us the area code and the next 3 digits and I can confirm if the phone number can be ported into PM
