Invalid Sim

The first time I tried to activate, everything was fine until the very last step. The payment did not go through. 

 

Ever since then, I cannot try activating as I get the error, "Invalid Sim". I triple checked that my 19 digit code was correct, but Im having no luck. PLEASE HELP! I want to get the Fall 2016 promotion before it expires.

Same issue. I was using vouchers to sign up. All vouchers are now invalid!

hi

if you did not clear the cache you could have gone and re do it again the brouser save the most input that you did ( it happen to me with my first phone ) now you may need the help of a MOD to finish your instalation

I have the same problem. I inserted the sim into my phone and it recognizes public mobile now but doesn't let me call or text. Someone me tinned it could be partially activated and I should pm the mods and email. That was an hour ago. I guess I'm out of luck until tomorrow morning

Hey, I tried clearing all cache and browsing data, i tried every single browser possible (safari, chrome, firefox, opera), I even tried restarting my computer. No luck...

@om0039 since the payment didn't go through, you're going to need to clear your cache and delete the cookies for publicmobile.ca and try again. Do that or try a different browser. These were the instructions that @Mary_M put in a post last week if your cc isn't charged.
