Hi There
Feeling bad 😞
Went to activate a SIM (and port a number from Chatr).
Filled the first page on activation, then continued on next page. Had to call Chats for account number and pin. Click back on the form (not browser back) to review. Then got the SIM invaid message. Now cant seem to proceed. I tried to login with the email an password I gave, it wont let me. So assume no account has been created.
Can anyone help please.

i just received the exact same issue as above....after the payment screen...
i tried to log in using the email I created...it says not valid..
i tried to register again...it shows invalid SIM
i had picked a new number, put in my payment etc.

Try logging into your account. See if the SIM/line is active - what does it say at the top left, once you've signed into your account? The SIM may have been activated. If that's the case, you just need to pay and setup autopay.
The site is reeeeaaaalllllyyy slow right now, with everyone trying to activate before the referral deadline on Monday and the site maintenance on Sunday, so patience is a virtue. Good luck.

Nope. Didnt go payment step. It's happenning on end of 2nd page.

You can try later ..in 50 minutes..and with incognito mode it's better...Can you call or text if you put your sim in your phone?
