Invalid SIM

Hello,

i am am having difficulty activating my card. The first time I tried it, everything went fine and at the last step, the payment didn't go through and since then I am unable getting the error: invalid SIM card. I have tried it using IE, Firefox and chrome and I am receiving the same error. Please help.

I received an email saying that my account was registered, and my PIN number as well.

also in this email it indicates my $120 plan and that the automatic payment will be 12/1/2016!!!?????? 

Please mod mod help me either activating my sim or cancel the whole thing....I just don't wanna get charged for something I don't use

I'm having the exact same problem - I PMed a Mod earlier, still waiting for a response. Hopefully they can get through the backlog tomorrow.
