While subscribing I'm told my sim card is invalid. Checked and double checked and it should be valid. It's an Iphone8

I know this may sound funny but... did you enter the SIM card into the phone correctly? Also, do you have another phone you can test it in?

hi @Fred64 is this a brand new Public Mobile SIM card never been activated ? make sure you know SIM card cannot be reused
if brand new, ask PM support agent to check
