Trying to activate my SIM, but received the error "Invalid SIM".
What can you do to resolve this? The email support forms all require you to be registered...

So my phone seems to be working for now, but I can't complete the self registration. I get an error that the phone number is invalid ...

If calls, sms and data are working on your phone with the PM sim card, you can try to creat selfserve access to your account here: https://selfserve.publicmobile.ca/self-registration/
This link will send you a verification code to your public mobile phone number before you can proceed.

Thanks @imm1304. It does look like it's partially activated... Now I have to see how to create the rest of the account.

Hi @syndicat3!
Did you try to activate more than once?
Its possible that the first time you got an error but the account was partly activated. So the sim card is already registered.
If this is the case, test if you have service on your public mobile sim card.
