@connollyshirley If you purchased the $5 data addon a week ago it's possible that you have already used it up. 250 MB of data is not a whole lot. Dial 611 from your phone does it report any available data?

@connollyshirley You have not answered the question... do you see it listed under add ons in your self seve account like the add ons in the pic below. If not, you have used the data up.

@connollyshirley Could you please show us screenshot of your data tab in self-service. Does addon show there? Are you sure you bought the addon? Maybe all data of the addon is used up?

What add-on did you purchase?
You need an active plan in order for your add-on to work.
If your renewal date is this week, is your plan renewed successfully.

@connollyshirley OK, do you see the 200MB add on in your account overview? If not, you have used up the data. You should see it like in the pic....

I am not seeing the $5 because I paid it. Now how do we resolve the problem to obtain an internet connection?

I assume for $5 you got the 200mb data add on? In your self serve do you see it listed? If not you have used up all the data or alternatively, are you showing the $5 in Funds Available? This could mean that although you added the funds you did not complete the 2 step add on purchase process.
