Hello public mobile,
I have internet issue. My internet is on off and this problem is very frequent. I do my work on Internet and because of this issue i have to face many problems. My husband uses public mobile too and he has never faced this issue.
I want my internet problem to be solved asap or else i will change the network for me and my husband even though his is working fine.
I want the internet to be working smooth for me.
Thanking you for understanding my issue and looking into it.
Hoping to have a good internet network soon.
Best regards,
Needhi Soni

@Needhi If you were to be with someone else other than Public Mobile you would've had the same problem. It sounds like a phone issue. Can you try some of the suggested steps ? It looks like you seem to think you sent an email and just walked away. This is a Public fourm that can help you. We need you to stay on so we can ask you questions or else your problem will never be solved.

@Needhi, it isn't Public Mobile issue if the internet is slow. If your husband's internet is working fine on his phone and he is with Public Mobile, the issue isn't his phone, it's your phone.
There is being nice, and threatening to leave statement: I want my internet problem to be solved asap or else i will change the network for me. How responsive do you think the moderators would be if they received this message?
As the other people have tried to give you some great construction feedback from swapping SIM cards to your husband's card to a network reset to simply restarting the phone. Have you:
Try these simple steps before threatening to leave, the moderators are already stressed as it is during these times. And hopefully, this works, so you don't leave.

@Needhi Easy test, switch your sim card with your husband's if you are still having the same internet problems then the problem is your phone and not Public Mobile. If you tell us what the make and model of your phone we can verify your device supports all the necessary bands for a good data connection.

Try some of the tips in this ink. I chose TELUS website cause PM is the subsidiary of PM
https://www.telus.com/en/bc/support/article/troubleshoot-data-problems
Or you can try this:

What kind of phone is having the problem? Is your husbands phone the same make and model? I would swap sim cards regardless if they are same phone and not the same. I would check your data settings, compare them to to your husbands data settings. If its not that, it could be an issue with the phone.

I almost guarantee you its not network problem when your husband's is working ok, please be patient, maybe try your sim in your husband's phone.

Have you tried a network reset? Have you fully powered down your phone and turned it back on? Have you looked on your self serve account to see if you ran out of data?
What phone are you using?
Need more details

@Needhi has it ever worked properly? What's the make and model of your phone? And are you referring to a movile hotspot? Try swopping your Sims. What happens? Thanks.

It may be your phone
Even if it was working well, those things do wear out, solderings can become lose, receptor/antenna can go, how is your battery sometimes battery is not keeping up and is dropping connection.... Can be so many thing
It may be that your phone doesn't have so the frequencies that your husband's phone does
Try your sim in another phone, maybe trade phones we your husband.
If it's still not working properly contact moderators https://publicmobile.ca.ada.support/chat/
