International roaming

Hello, I will be travellingto India and just want to know how does roaming work. If I have the roaming off will I be able to get OTP messages from service for authentication?
Also, how to change to a basic plan as I will be travelling away from US/Canada for more than a month?

to find a list of the plans you can change to, you'll need to log in to your account / Subscriptions & Add-ons / Change Subscription...to see the available plans for your particular account.  In the ol' days we could downgrade to cheaper plans at will but no longer. We can only take advantage of those that are available. As of today, the cheapest plan available is $19 and is only available to new customers or those with old $13 or $15 plans.  Things have changed on PM Land.

You will need to purchase a local SIM in India for service.

If you are away for a month. Login to your account and Unsubscribe to pause AutoPay but remember to enable Subscribe when you return to Canada,

Roaming will not work in India.

You can select didn't receive code and have it sent to email if you have wifi connection. 

When you sign into your account,  click manage Subscription. The system will show what you can downgrade to; you probably won't have a lot of options. Select Change on Renewal. 

If you are away, you can click  Unsubscribe for up to 90 days. Then come back around day 85 to make a payment to keep account active if you don't have any funds in Available funds.
